In 2020, every business needs a CovidSafe Plan.
The COVIDSafe Plan is grouped into six COVIDSafe principles.
These include:
1. Ensure physical distancing
2. Wear a face covering
3. Practice good hygiene
4. Keep records and act quickly if workers become unwell
5. Avoid interactions in enclosed spaces
6. Create workforce bubbles
HOW LITTLE BIG ADVENTURES IS IMPLEMENTING THIS PLAN:
1.
Little Big Adventures uses long lenses, maintaining a safe distance from your child.
We will also be onsite for shorter periods of time, working faster, more efficiently, over less days.
2/3.
Our staff are well stocked with masks and hand sanitiser.
We also adhere to the CovidSafe plan of your kinder and/or centre.
4.
Temperatures are recorded daily before arriving on site.
A checklist of symptoms will be asked and recorded daily ( ie: do you have a sore throat, do you feel unwell )
Staff will not attend if a family member or they have been in contact with any hotspot, breakout or other alert indicator )
5.
In 2020, photography will be conducted completely outdoors.
Typical "indoor" shots such as reading, writing, or painting, will be set up outdoors.
6.
Where possible, one photographer will be responsible for your kinder.
For larger centres, a dedicated two people might be onsite in vastly different areas/rooms.
All children to be photographed are pre-scheduled, and only these children will be photographed.
