Before Photo Week:
Children sometimes attend multiple centres, and interest may vary.
We plan staff ratios and our daily lists based on sign-ups and ONLY registered children can be photographed by our team.
In accordance with current Victorian State guidelines, permission must be sought and granted annually for us to capture photographs of your child.
As an independent provider, we do not have access to any permissions you may have separately granted your care provider/kinder.
Our registration fee is for the time and talent of our team to co-ordinate your child/ren, photograph, edit and upload a gallery of images to choose from.
You do not need to buy a single print, however, if you choose to purchase any of our prints or downloads, this fee is automatically deducted from any purchase.
If your child is unwell, absent or unwilling, a full refund is issued.
Around 20-25 colour images would be normal for a week's worth of smiles and activities for a kinder-aged child
Toddlers and babies may have less images depending on age, ability, and confidence!
We also provide images in classic black and white.
We love taking Sibling Photos!
If you register more than one child attending the centre or kinder, we will automatically assign time for sibling photos, as well as each child's individual images.
For Sessional Groupings, we will always take a traditional group photo.
Composite class photos are more usual at daycare when everyone attends different days but each service is different, and exceptions may be made.
Yes, of course! With many of our parents sharing with families interstate or abroad, or perhaps creating gifts, canvas, calendars and albums, digitals are among our most popular purchases!
Again, a favourite purchase. We print your kinder logo and the year on the front for those collecting a library through the years.

After Photo Week:
When your images are ready to view, you will be emailled a special code to view your child/ren's private galleries.
Images are available approximately 3 weeks after we visit your centre.
Yay you! If you bought a digital component, these are immediately available as soon as you place your order, even if it's 3am!
Your download link will immediately appear on your order confirmation screen and a link will also be in your order confirmation email.
Printed items such as albums and enlargements will be bulk-delivered to your centre 3 weeks after the final cut-off ordering window as all items are delivered in bulk.
Technology moves so fast - once upon a time we supplied images on CD, then USB and now some of the newer computers don't even have USB hubs!
We provide instant digital downloads only, which you can save and backup to any number of your devices.
Unfortunately, we are at a new kinder/centre every week of the year, so returning to a centre is not always viable, although we always try our best if we can co-ordinate.
Return visits are strictly on a pre-purchase basis only.
While we always ask for children to be presented with clean and wiped faces, please note sometimes children can be quite resistant to cleanliness and/or may be simply an unstoppable tap.
Colds are a constant with young children, in every season, and we do our best to capture your child at their happiest.
Sometimes we are happiest with pumpkin on our face, and unhappiest after a good wipe down, but we do try our best
( also, sometimes a pumpkin face is a bit gosh-darn cute so we'll include it for a giggle regardless! ).
We automatically edit and correct any image before going to print.
Delivery and Turnaround Times:
Free delivery is offered for all orders placed within the ordering window.
Orders are collated and sent for editing/printing as a group lot to allow for consistant turnarounds and therefore we provide reminders
both via text and email to ensure plenty of warning in regards to cut-off dates.
